Tyler Knox and Patrick Shawn made the rounds on the competition BBQ circuit for centuries, blowing smoke and kicking ash. In 2018, they decided to combine Pat’s personality and hospitality expertise with Tyler’s good looks and grilling talents to bring Hard Knox BBQ to life.

Pitmaster Jeremy Smith uses our one-of-a-kind specialty rubs, carefully seasoning each premium cut of meat and letting it slow cook with pecan wood smoke. The crew of Hard Knox BBQ is loading the smoker day and night to bring you the freshest, most flavorful BBQ in The Ozarks. Sauce not required.
